2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it (unused, undamaged).
- In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what was advertised, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the defect.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind returns: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- Defective goods: We will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
